Instructions for abstract submission

  • One person can present only one abstract
  • Abstracts must be submitted online using the prescribed format at the link
  • An abstract must not exceed 300 words excluding title, author(s)’ name and affiliation
  • Must provide the name and email of presenting author and the corresponding author (if different from the presenting author)
  • The abstract must be in English and should reflect the background and objectives of the work, methodology followed, findings obtained and conclusion
  • Any paper (except a review article) describing contents of already published work will not be acceptable
  • A paper advocating a commercial product will be rejected. Scientific evaluation of one or more commercial products is acceptable as long as trade name and manufacturer’s name are not mentioned
  • The technical committee will evaluate the abstracts as to their suitability for acceptance as oral or poster presentation and will invite to submit the full papers. The papers will be peer reviewed
  • The Technical Committee reserves the right to reject a paper even after acceptance of the abstract if the full paper fails to comply with the requirements and scientific standard
  • Full papers will be published in the proceedings irrespective of oral and poster presentation
